Since 1998, NetGain has supported the Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA) and its contractors spanning 13 sites across the country.

In 2013, NetGain purchased Mobile Diagnostics, Inc. to bring our unique approach to the commercial sector as NetGain Mobile Diagnostics.

Together, we operate 3 state-of-the-art occupational health clinics strategically located across East Tennessee in Oak Ridge, Knoxville, and Sevierville.

We also offer a fleet of mobile labs and a staff of certified collectors who offer services on-site at customer locations, 24×7.
